1. Order Cancellation Timeline:
- Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, your order may have already entered production or been prepared for shipment.
2. How to Request a Cancellation:
- To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team immediately by email or phone or whatsapp.
- Include your order number and reason for cancellation in your request.
- We will confirm your cancellation request and provide further instructions.
3. Cancellation Fees:
- Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement will not incur any cancellation fees.
- If cancellation is requested after 24 hours and before shipment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total order value may apply. This fee covers administrative and production costs incurred up to that point.
4. Shipment of Customized Items:
- Once your customized items have been shipped, they cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our replacement policy for options after delivery.
5. Refund Process:
- If your cancellation request is approved within the allowed timeframe, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
6. Exceptional Circumstances:
- In cases where the cancellation request is due to extenuating circumstances (e.g., emergency situations), we will review these on a case-by-case basis and may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
